FleeVille offers thoughtfully designed city apartments and beachside rentals in Albania. We operate as part of EHN Group and aim to provide warm, comfortable, and memorable hospitality.
3. Bookings & Payments
You can book a stay via:
Airbnb, .Booking.com, and Direct communication
Payment terms and cancellation policies depend on where you booked.
When booking directly, the terms provided at the time of booking apply. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during the reservation process.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Respect the space, neighbors, and building rules
Maintain cleanliness and report issues
Follow occupancy limits
Smoking indoors, parties, or illegal activity are not allowed.
5. Damages & Security
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
FleeVille is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Information sent through Airbnb/Booking.com
